A few ideas around the garden!

However big or small the patch of land we call a garden is, it has many attributes. The dictionary refers to; “A plot of ground, usually near a house, where flowers, shrubs, vegetables, fruits, or herbs are cultivated”. But as any gardener will tell you, it's far more than that! A garden is a recreation area, sanctuary, medicine cabinet, exercise room, studio and somewhere for contemplation. It can rejuvenate, revitalize and heal.

Gardening is creative, productive, resourceful, relaxing and therapeutic. The skills required to develop, steward and tend a garden are as diverse as they are wide-ranging. You will at times need to be a scientist, pharmacist, environmentalist, conservationist, artist, architect and engineer!

With all this information and dexterity linked to the tenancy of this area of earth, it will help to take a look at a few plants, features or ideas we can include, create or think about to enrich and get the most from our garden!
